11:00 AM The 2016 Presidential Election at Riverdale: How RCS Students and Teachers Talk About Politics

Darius Weil, who teaches 9th-grade history, Constructing America, and ILS at Riverdale, will share his observations on how Riverdale teachers and students engage with current events, especially this year's presidential election. Mr. Weil will also invite alumni to share anecdotes about a political event or controversy that they remember discussing (or ignoring) while enrolled as students at Riverdale.
